1.    A pre fun run briefing with any last-minute information will take place
       15 minutes before the fun run - please arrive in plenty of time.
2.    Fun run numbers will be provided. Please write any personal information
       like emergency contact numbers or relevant medical information on
       the reverse of the number. This number should be pinned to the front of
       your running top and worn throughout the event.
3.    The course will be well marked and marshals will be placed in strategic
       points around the route. No official times will be given. All finishers will
       receive a medal and a fun-packed booklet.
4.    First aid will be available at the finish line. Please do not take part if
       you are knowingly unwell or injured.
5.    There are usually toilets available at our locations. Often there is food
       and drink too.
6.    If you have friends or family who would like to enter they may do so
       30 to 60 minutes prior to the start.
7.    By taking part, all participants agree that they are happy for their names
       and any footage or photographs taken during their participation in Run
       for the Children, to be used to publicise Run for the Children generally,
       including television broadcasts.
8.    All participants enter this event entirely at their own risk and Run for the
       Children shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a
       result of their participation other than that as a result of Run for the
       Childrens negligence.
       Children under 7 years must be accompanied by one adult
9.    There is usually plenty of car parking around our fun run locations.
10. We have an approved child protection policy in place, but many parents
       will also recognise their own responsibility. Many, but not necessarily all,
       people associated with the fun run have been CRB checked.
11. Public liability insurance is in place on behalf of all federations, regional
       bodies and all affiliated clubs and associations within the British Isles.
12. Run for the Children reserves the right to vary event registration fees. All event
       registrations are subject to availability and are non refundable.
13. All on-line payments are made through a secure server and Run for the Children
       also takes appropriate measures to ensure that the information disclosed is kept
       secure. The organisation will not pass your name or contact details to any individual or
       group that does not need them for the organisation of this event.
14. All monies raised for The Children's Trust Tadworth must be passed to Run
       for the Children, who will process funds on to the charity, by 31 December 2008.
