Volunteers are warmly welcomed at our fun runs and they play a key part in helping with
the smooth operation of the events. We are always looking for people willing to spare
some time to get involved, in what is always a fun and rewarding experience.

So if you are taking part, why not ask family or friends to come and help out on the
day and support you at the same time! Volunteers roles available include encouraging
friends and family to enter, set up and registration, race marshal and finish area.
